To what extent have your eating habits changed during coaching?

"Quite significantly! Planning, shopping, fridge organisation have meant Its easier to eat better. Avoiding packets and processed foods.  Being conscious of keeping blood sugar stable. Better sleep, mood, less aches and pains, feel lighter and more energetic. I would have kept a diary at the start to chart progress and to jot down all the nuggets! but it's hard to get all the habits going at once - we do what we can, the incremental approach to change has really worked for me.  Overall the small changes every week have added up to quite impressive progress - delighted! Thankyou!
