I adore my early morning sunrise walks with Stella. Early morning light regulates my circadian rhythm, boosts my mood, improves my sleep, and enhances alertness. Natural sunlight increases serotonin and melatonin production, promoting better energy levels, focus, and overall well-being throughout the day. All you need is 5-10 mins of natural light!
