"Hi, I'm Catherine, and I'm passionate about helping women thrive in midlife through simple, sustainable wellness practices. I'm a certified nutrition coach, personal trainer & Pilates teacher with a love for fitness, food, and creating everyday health habits that actually stick.
About Me
I started this journey back in 2020 when I was diagnosed with a connective tissue condition that required two reconstructive surgeries on my left foot. During this time, I was fortunate to work with a surgeon who had a holistic approach to medicine. He didn't just focus on the physical repairs but encouraged me to see healing as something much bigger — involving nutrition, movement and daily habits.
Everything changed!
That experience completely shifted how I think about health and wellness. Recovery was slow and challenging, but it taught me the value of patience, consistency, and small actions that add up over time. I began exploring fitness in a way that worked with my body rather than against it, learning how nutrition, strength training & Pilates, sunlight, sleep, and community could support healing and long-term wellbeing.
Now, I'd like to share what I've learned — practical tools, inspiring ideas, and simple lifestyle changes that can help anyone feel stronger, healthier, and more balanced. My focus is on realistic wellness: routines and habits that fit into busy lives, not perfection or extremes.

When I'm not writing or meeting with clients, you'll usually find me walking along the seafront (at sunrise!) or Killiney Hill, cooking in the kitchen, or reading something that sparks new ideas.
